The opposite is with a GPS signal with a deviation of 30 cm, the efficiency of a fully automatic system is lost.

RTK-GPS AutoPilot
The RTK-GPS AutoPilot is the most accurate control system on the market. The system, which connects to the tractor's hydraulics, has an accuracy of 2.5 centimeters. To achieve this, Trimble uses 3 gyroscopes that record both forward slope, side slope and drift. Because of the drift measurement, the AutoPilot keeps your tractor and implement straight even on a plot of different soil types. When it comes to the highest accuracy, we can expand the AutoPilot with implement control, controlled together from one display. To operate the AutoPilot system, we offer the XCN 1050 touchscreen display equipped with Dutch-language software. The system is brand-independent and can be quickly and easily transferred to another tractor. Of course, the AutoPilot can be driven on the CNH network.

Waarom wilt u een automatisch stuursysteem op uw trekker?
• Het productiviteitsverhoging brengt: De concentratie van het recht rijden wordt uit handen genomen door een druk op de knop
• Het een brandstof besparing oplevert: Minimale overlapping van werkgangen Minder gemanoeuvreer op de kopakker doordat er rond gereden kan worden en niet rij op rij.
• Het een machinekosten besparing geeft: geen markeurs (stuurventiel) meer nodig en willekeurig beginnen aan een perceel, minder slijtage.
• Het een opbrengst verhoging realiseert: de verkregen data tijdens werkzaamheden en percelen in kaart brengt (o.a. opbrengst bodemverdichting bemesting bewatering)
Bij de aanschaf van een systeem is het belangrijk welke eisen u stelt aan de nauwkeurigheid van het systeem. Dit gaat gepaard met het systeem soort, bv als u 2,5cm nauwkeurig wilt werken zal dit lastig gaan met handmatig sturen. Het omgekeerde is bij een GPS signaal met een afwijking van 30 cm is het rendement van een volledig automatisch systeem verloren.

RTK-GPS AutoPilot
De RTK-GPS AutoPilot is het meest nauwkeurige besturingssysteem op de markt. Het systeem, dat aangesloten wordt op de hydrauliek van de trekker, heeft een nauwkeurigheid van 2,5 centimeter. Om dit te bereiken maakt Trimble gebruik van 3 gyroscopen die zowel de voorwaartse helling, de zijwaartse helling en de drift registreren. Door de driftmeting houdt de AutoPilot ook op een perceel verschillende grondsoorten uw trekker en werktuig recht. Als het om de hoogste nauwkeurigheid gaat, kunnen we de AutoPilot uitbreiden met werktuigbesturing, samen bediend vanuit één display. Voor het bedienen van het AutoPilot systeem bieden we het XCN 1050 touchscreen display aan voorzien van Nederlandstalige software. Het systeem is merkonafhankelijk en is snel en eenvoudig over te plaatsen op een andere trekker. Uiteraard kan met de AutoPilot op het CNH netwerk worden gereden.
