Compared to the existing 820 and 1220 models, we went back to the drawing board and started with a completely new design. The construction and operation are based on the existing MultiBaler 820 and 1220 models, but the machine itself is a completely new design.
---- New bale chamber design, large-size round bales ----
The foundation is a bale chamber equipped with 17 HD chamber rollers in combination with two '''PowerGrip-4'' belts. These patented chamber belts prevent material loss during baling. The machine is also equipped with a return system extending the full length of the machine.
The bale chamber was developed based on years of experience and use in the industrial sector. This system is constructed from wear-resistant materials and has more than proven its worth in this field. The wrapping system is a trusted and reliable system from Agronic Finland.
The MultiBaler XL produces bales with a diameter of 100–115 cm (variable) and a width of 120 cm. Depending on the type and condition of the material, the machine produces bales weighing 500–1,350 kg.
The bale chamber is hydraulically driven by a planetary gearbox. This hydraulically adjustable drive system ensures optimal control of the bale chamber belt speed, adaptable to any situation.
From the hopper, which has a capacity of 8.00 m³, the material is fed into the bale chamber via an inclined feed conveyor. The MultiBaler XL is equipped with two metering augers, which ensure optimal material distribution. This makes the machine suitable for processing various types of short and long materials.

The KNOLL MultiBaler XL is a multifunctional machine. It is primarily used to process corn, chopped grass, TMR, MKS, alfalfa, hemp, beet pulp, GPS, and more. In addition to stationary use, mobile usability was a key consideration in the development of this new model.

In comparison with the already existing models 820 & 1220, we returned to the drawing board and started with a blank design. The construction and deployment is derived from the existing MultiBalers 820 & 1220, however the machine is completely new designed.
