De SWP EZ Down is een gepatenteerde innovatie, ontwikkeld in samenwerking met Ground Level Innovations uit Canada. Deze machine is speciaal ontworpen om aardappelen, uien en andere kwetsbare producten zacht en gecontroleerd af te vullen in big-bags, kuubskisten of akkerbouwkisten, zonder kneuzing of beschadiging.
Met een verwerkingscapaciteit van meer dan 22 ton per uur en een intern buffermodel blijft de productstroom continu, zonder dat de lijn hoeft te stoppen. De vulling gebeurt nauwkeurig op basis van hoogte of gewicht, eenvoudig bedienbaar door één operator.
De invoerhoogte is verstelbaar tussen 2,45 en 4,10 meter, geschikt voor verschillende verpakkingsvormen. Dankzij het compacte formaat (1,22 x 1,65 meter) is de machine ruimte-efficiënt en eenvoudig te verplaatsen.
