The onion loader with fall-through mat from SU-Tech features a high loading capacity with minimal impact on the product. The short wheelbase makes the machine very maneuverable.
The narrow first bar belt runs very flat and picks up extra sharply thanks to the small turning roller while the wider second mat provides an optimal sieving surface where the weeds are shaken loose from the product. The special deep-set bar belts prevent onions from rolling back. The drop-through mat removes the coarse weeds from the product stream. The fine weeds are removed using the hedgehog belt, which is adjustable in speed and angle.
The onion loader is driven by a fully proprietary hydraulic system and features an elevator that is available in two widths.

The narrow first web runs very flat and picks up extra sharply thanks to a low angle pickup, while the wider second web provides an optimal sieving surface where the weeds are separated from the product. The special deep-lying bar belts prevent the onions from rolling back. The fall-through web sieves the big weeds. After this, the finer weeds are removed using the standard speed and angle-adjustable hedgehog belt.
The onion loader is powered by a fully independent hydraulic system and has an elevator that is available in two widths.
Spoedig leverbaar, nieuwe uienlader met doorval mat!
De uienlader met doorvalmat van SU-Tech beschikt over een hoge laadcapaciteit met minimale impact op het product. Door de korte wielbasis is de machine zeer wendbaar.
De smalle eerste spijlenband loopt zeer vlak en raapt dankzij de kleine keerrol extra scherp op terwijl de bredere tweede mat zorgt voor een optimaal zeefoppervlak waar het onkruid losgeschud wordt van het product. De speciale diepliggende spijlenbanden voorkomen het terug rollen van uien. De doorvalmat haalt het grove onkruid uit de productstroom. Het fijne onkruid wordt verwijderd m.b.v. de in snelheid en hoek instelbare egelband.
De uienlader wordt aangedreven door een volledig eigen hydraulisch systeem en beschikt over een elevator die in twee breedtes leverbaar is.
