YieldMasterPRO is a highly reliable system for yield measurement in tuber, bulb and root crops. The system accurately maps yield differences within plots. This gives you important information for your cultivation strategy and operations. This allows you to build up more knowledge during each harvest. Knowledge that you can use to increase returns year after year.
The basis of YieldMasterPRO are the two weigh cells that measure how many kilograms of product pass over the conveyor belt. This data is combined with the travel speed, belt speed and GPS position and thus the system calculates the exact position back to where it came out of the ground. In short, the system offers you possibilities you could only dream of in the past.
The YieldMasterPRO system consists of a touchscreen display, controller box, weigh cells and sensors for measuring travel and belt speed. Thanks to a CAN bus connection, it is often possible to measure vehicle data such as fuel consumption on a site-specific basis.
All measurements are stored on the display and these can be transferred with a USB stick to the PC for further processing. In addition, the display in the clear work screen shows the measured yield and makes a map of this immediately. So during the harvest you get direct insight into the variation within the field. In addition, wagon weights are tracked, plot and day overviews are generated automatically and yield data of already harvested plots can be reviewed.

YieldMasterPRO is een zeer betrouwbaar systeem voor opbrengstmeting in knol-, bol- en wortelgewassen. Het systeem brengt opbrengstverschillen binnen percelen nauwkeurig in kaart. Zo krijgt u belangrijke informatie voor uw teeltstrategie en bedrijfsvoering. Zo bouwt u tijdens iedere oogst meer kennis op. Kennis die u kunt gebruiken om het rendement jaar na jaar te verhogen.
De basis van YieldMasterPRO zijn de twee weegcellen die meten hoeveel kilo product over de transportband gaat. Deze data wordt gecombineerd met de rijsnelheid, bandsnelheid en de GPS positie en zo rekent het systeem de exacte positie terug naar waar het uit de grond is gekomen. Kortom het systeem biedt u mogelijkheden waar u vroeger alleen van kon dromen.
Het YieldMasterPRO systeem bestaat uit een touchscreen display, controllerbox, weegcellen en sensoren voor het meten van rij- en bandsnelheid. Dankzij een CAN bus aansluiting is het vaak mogelijk om voertuiggegevens als brandstofverbruik plaatsspecifiek te meten.
Alle metingen worden opgeslagen op het display en deze kunnen met een USB-stick worden overgezet naar de PC voor verdere verwerking. Daarnaast toont het display in het overzichtelijke werkscherm de gemeten opbrengst en maakt hier direct een kaart van. Tijdens de oogst krijgt u dus direct inzicht in de variatie binnen het perceel. Daarnaast worden wagengewichten bijgehouden, automatisch perceel- en dagoverzichten gegenereerd en kunnen opbrengstgegevens van reeds geoogste percelen worden teruggekeken.
