Possibly not the most obvious exhibit for an event specifically targeted at arable farmers, Daisy Vending had one of its milk vending machine trailers on display at Cereals.Kitted out with two units capable of pumping out up to 12 different flavoured milkshakes as well as raw milk, the refrigerated rig can be powered from the mains, by a battery pack or by a petrol generator. While the Somerset company’s standalone vending machines tend to suit farm-gate sales, the mobile set-up has been developed for milk producers keen to sell their wares at shows and festivals.
