Please check the "Country-code list" as below. Here you can find the country-code which you will be needing, if the advertiser did not mention his country-code on his offer !

For example: 

An advertiser from Germany has given as phone-number 01234-1234567. Than you check the "Country-code list" below, you search for Germany and you’ll see the country-code 0049. The phone-number you finally have to dial is: 0049-1234-1234567.This means that you have to drop the ( 0 ) from the area-code !

You wish to call from an European country to an advertiser in America or Canada. Please check the "Country-code list" as below. Search for the country-code of America or Canada and put this country-code just before the telephone-number of the advertiser.

For example: 

An advertiser of Canada has given as phone-number (519)-123-1234. Than you check the "Country-code list" below, you search for Canada and you’ll see the country-code 001. The phone-number you finally have to dial is: 001-519-123-1234.

You wish to call from America or Canada to an advertiser in an European country. Than you have to put the long-distance number 011 before the country-code. You have to drop the ( 00 ) from the country-code and also the first ( 0 ) from the area-code.

For example: 

An advertiser from Germany has given as phone-number 01234-1234567. Than you check the "Country-code list" below, you search for Germany and you’ll see the country-code 0049. The phone-number you finally have to dial is: 011-49-1234-1234567. Again, you drop the ( 00 ) from the country-code and also the first ( 0 ) from the area-code.
